# 7. Đăng nhập báo lỗi Captcha Invalid

## Tình trạng

Mã lỗi Captcha Invalid xảy ra trong trường hợp người dùng đăng nhập quá nhiều lần với email hoặc mật khẩu đang dùng để đăng nhập sai quá 5 lần. Hình ảnh mã lỗi sẽ hiển thị như minh hoạ:

## Cách xử lý

Khi gặp mã lỗi do nhập sai thông tin này, người dùng vui lòng kiểm tra thông tin đăng nhập chính xác. Người dùng cần chờ 5 phút cho lần đăng nhập lại tiếp theo.&#x20;

Trường hợp thông tin đăng nhập đã chính xác, sau 5p thử lại không đăng nhập được, người dùng vui lòng liên hệ liên hỗ trợ với nhân sự Stringee thông qua các kênh hỗ trợ.
