### (1) Bộ lọc thông tin

* **Chọn trường:** chọn trường thông tin làm tiêu chí thống kê. *Lưu ý: báo cáo chỉ phản ánh các trường thông tin có kiểu dữ liệu Xổ xuống (dropdown), đây là trường bắt buộc phải chọn. người dùng có thể lọc kết hợp nhiều trường khác nhau.*
* **Chọn agent:** tổng đài viên (agent) cần lọc dữ liệu
* **Thời gian:** khoảng thời gian cần thống kê dữ liệu
* **Xuất dữ liệu:** xuất thông tin về máy tính theo định dạng excel

* **Agent:** tên tổng đài viên đang lọc
* **New:** số lượng phiếu ghi của agent tương ứng đang ở trạng thái mới
* **Processing:** số lượng phiếu ghi của agent tương ứng đang ở trạng thái đang xử lý
* **Pending:** số lượng phiếu ghi của agent tương ứng đang ở trạng thái đang chờ
* **Closed:** số lượng phiếu ghi của agent tương ứng đang ở trạng thái đóng
