# File lời chào

File lời chào chính là file âm thanh người dùng có thể sử dụng để để gán vào nhạc chờ của hàng đợi, file phát tự động cho cây IVR hoặc bất cứ phần thiết lập nào của hệ thống cho phép sử dụng file lời chào.

Lưu ý: File lời chào trên hệ thống chỉ hỗ trợ 2 định dạng file là “mp3” hoặc “wav”.

Để có thể thêm được file lời chào lên hệ thống người dùng nhấn vào nút Tạo file như hình 2:

Sau khi người dùng ấn tạo file xong cần hoàn thành các mục sau để hoàn tất quá trình:

* **Chọn file lời chào:** người dùng sẽ chọn file âm thanh phù hợp trên thiết bị máy tính có định dạng (mp3, wav) đúng như theo hệ thống quy định và tiến hành upload.
* **Tên file:** tên được hiển thị trên hệ thống.
