# Danh sách mẫu email

## Giao diện Danh sách mẫu email

### (1) Bộ lọc thông tin

* **Tên chiến dịch:** tên chiến dịch email dùng mẫu email
* **Tên mẫu email:** tên mẫu email

### (2) Kết quả bộ lọc

* **Mã email mẫu:** mã mẫu email trên hệ thống
* **Tiêu đề:** tiêu đề mẫu email
* **Tên chiến dịch:** tên chiến dịch dùng mẫu email tương ứng
* **Hành động:**
  * **Sao chép:** tạo mẫu email mới giống hệt mẫu email đã có
  * **Xoá:** xoá mẫu email
  * **Sửa:** chỉnh sửa lại mẫu email có sẵn

## Cách tạo mẫu email

* **Bước 1:** Tại danh sách mẫu email, admin bấm nút “Thêm mẫu” để tạo mẫu email mới

* **Bước 2:** Tại màn hình Thêm mẫu email, admin có thể thiết kế mẫu email theo yêu cầu rồi bấm nút “Thêm mẫu” sau khi hoàn thành để lưu lại

**Lưu ý: placeholder của email được dùng trong trường hợp gửi email cá nhân hóa hoặc thêm link khảo sát**

* **Với email cá nhân hóa:** admin copy các trường thông tin cần thiết ở mục Xem các placeholder có sẵn vào mẫu email
* **Với link khảo sát:** admin chọn placeholder <mark style="color:red;">{{url\_survey\_link}}</mark> để thêm vào mẫu email
