### (1) Bộ lọc thông tin

* **Thời gian:** khoảng thời gian cần thống kê
* **Xuất dữ liệu:** xuất dữ liệu báo cáo hoạt động agent, file định dạng excel
* **Chú thích:** chú thích theo màu của các loại phiếu ghi tương ứng (phiếu ghi mới, phiếu ghi đang xử lý, phiếu ghi đang chờ, phiếu ghi đã đóng)

### (2) Kết quả báo cáo hoạt động agent

* **Tên agent:** tên tổng đài viên tương ứng
* **Số liệu thống kê:** số liệu thống kê dạng cột, người dùng có thể thấy được tỉ lệ các loại phiếu ghi cũng như so sánh tỉ lệ này của các agent khác nhau. Người dùng có thể xem chi tiết số lượng bằng cách di con trỏ chuột vào vùng màu cần xem, thông tin hiển thị như hình minh hoạ
