### Giải thích thông số

* **Phiếu ghi mới:** số lượng phiếu ghi đang ở trạng thái Mới
* **Phiếu ghi đang xử lý:** số lượng phiếu ghi đang ở trạng thái Đang xử lý
* **Phiếu ghi đang chờ:** số lượng phiếu ghi đang ở trạng thái Đang chờ
* **Phiếu ghi voicemail:** số lượng phiếu ghi đến từ kênh voicemail
* **Tổng phiếu ghi:** tổng số lượng phiếu ghi ở thời điểm hiện tại
* **Phiếu ghi chưa gán:** số lượng phiếu ghi chưa được gán cho bất cứ agent nào (trường Giao cho trên phiếu ghi trống)
* **Phiếu ghi đã đóng:** số lượng phiếu ghi đang ở trạng thái Đóng
