### (1) Bộ lọc thông tin

* **Nhóm:** người dùng chọn một hoặc nhiều nhóm cần xem báo cáo
* **Chọn agent:** người dùng có thể chọn một agent cần xem báo cáo
* **Thời gian:** người dùng chọn khoảng thời gian cần xem báo cáo
* **Xuất dữ liệu:** xuất dữ liệu lọc trên giao diện

### (2) Bảng kết quả báo cáo trạng thái agent

* **Tên agent:** tên agent tương ứng
* **Online:** tổng thời lượng agent ở trạng thái online
* **Sẵn sàng:** tổng thời lượng agent ở trạng thái sẵn sàng
* **Nghỉ trưa:** tổng thời lượng agent ở trạng thái nghỉ trưa
* **Nghỉ ngắn:** tổng thời lượng agent ở trạng thái nghỉ ngắn
* **Không sẵn sàng:** tổng thời lượng agent ở trạng thái không sẵn sàng
* **Lần online đầu tiên:** lần chuyển trạng thái online đầu tiên trong khoảng thời gian báo cáo
* **Lần đầu sẵn sàng:** lần chuyển trạng thái sẵn sàng đầu tiên trong khoảng thời gian báo cáo
* **Lần đăng xuất cuối:** lần đăng xuất cuối trong khoảng thời gian báo cáo
