# 6. Phân quyền cho thiết bị tai nghe/micro

## Vấn đề

Lỗi chưa cấp đủ quyền sử dụng Micro, tai nghe trên thiết bị cho trang web Stringee.

* Gọi vào:
  * User nghe được tiếng của Khách hàng nhưng khi nói Khách hàng không nghe thấy.
  *  User không nghe được tiếng Khách hàng nhưng nói Khách hàng vẫn nghe thấy.
  * User không nghe được tiếng Khách hàng và nói Khách hàng cũng không nghe thấy.
* Gọi ra: Có thông báo như hình 1 phía dưới

#### Xử lý nhanh

**Bước 1:** Truy cập biểu tượng "Ổ Khóa" trên đường link URL.

**Bước 2:** Kiểm tra và chỉnh sửa lại quyền sử dụng Mic, tai nghe trên thiết bị cho web Stringee.

**Bước 3:** Thực hiện Reload trang web (hình 4) hoặc thao tác tổ hợp phím "Ctrl + F5" trên bàn phím.

#### Xử lý chuyên sâu

**Bước 1:** truy cập cài đặt của website.

**Bước 2:** Chọn mục "Quyền riêng tư và bảo mật" và chọn "Cài đặt trang Web".

**Bước 3:** Lựa chọn đúng Website StringeeX (Portal, domain) mà người dùng đang sử dụng.

**Bước 4:** Cấp quyền Micro cho trang web Stringee.
