# Báo cáo cuộc gọi
## Giao diện báo cáo cuộc gọi
### (1) Bộ lọc thông tin
* **Tên chiến dịch:** lọc theo tên chiến dịch cần thống kê số liệu
* **Agent:** tổng đài viên cần thống kế số liệu
* **Thời gian:** khoảng thời gian cần thống kê số liệu (khoảng thời gian này có thể nhỏ hơn khoảng thời gian từ khi chiến dịch khởi chạy tới khi kết thúc)\\
* **Xuất dữ liệu:** xuất file báo cáo định dạng excel về máy tính
### (2) Kết quả thống kê
* **Chiến dịch:** tên của chiến dịch đang lọc kết quả
* **Tổng khách hàng:** số lượng khách hàng trong chiến dịch
* **Tổng cuộc gọi:** tổng số lượng cuộc gọi đã thực hiện trong chiến dịch
* **Cuộc gọi kết nối thành công:** số lượng cuộc gọi kết nối thành công (khách hàng nghe máy)
* **Cuộc gọi thất bại:** số lượng cuộc gọi không kết nối thành công (khách hàng không nghe máy, thực hiện cuộc gọi lỗi)
* **Tổng thời lượng cuộc gọi (s):** tổng thời lượng của các cuộc gọi thành công, thời lượng mỗi cuộc gọi tính từ khi khách hàng nghe máy tới khi cuộc gọi kết thúc
* **Thời lượng cuộc gọi trung bình (s):** thời lượng trung bình của các cuộc gọi, bằng tổng thời lượng của các cuộc gọi thành công chia tổng cuộc gọi thành công
* **Tỉ lệ thời gian chờ và thời gian đàm thoại (%):** tỷ lệ phần trăm giữa tổng thời gian chờ và tổng thời gian đàm thoại (thời lượng cuộc gọi) của các cuộc gọi thành công
