## Giao diện Trạng thái tuỳ chỉnh

Tại giao diện này, admin có thể theo dõi các trạng thái trên hệ thống agent có thể thao tác bằng tay. Tuỳ thuộc vào nhu cầu thống kê, quản trị của doanh nghiệp mà admin có thể thêm trạng thái tuỳ chỉnh mới. Bằng cách nhập tên vào ô Tên trạng thái và nhân tạo mới, admin sẽ tạo thêm một trạng thái tuỳ chỉnh của agent, admin cũng có thể xoá trạng thái cũ bằng cách click vào biểu tượng dấu x của mỗi trạng thái tương ứng
