# Danh sách không gửi email
## Giao diện Danh sách không gửi email
* **Email:** địa chỉ email
* **Chặn toàn bộ portal:** bật/tắt chặn chung cả portal không cho phép gửi ra
* **Chặn theo chiến dịch:** bật/tắt chặn theo từng chiến dịch, người dùng vẫn gửi được đến email này ở những phần gửi email khác ngoài chiến dịch email
* **Chặn gửi bởi khách hàng:** Chặn gửi bởi khách hàng
* **Hành động:**
* **Sửa:** sửa thông tin email bị chặn
* **Xoá:** xoá email tương ứng
## Cách chặn email trong hệ thống
Tại màn hình Danh sách không gửi email, admin bấm “Thêm email”. Màn hình thêm email mở ra, admin nhập các thông tin cần thiết như trong hình:
* **Thêm từ:** chọn kiểu thêm từng email hay thêm hàng loạt từ file excel
* **Chặn toàn bộ portal:** bật/tắt chặn chung cả portal không cho phép gửi ra
* **Chặn theo chiến dịch:** bật/tắt chặn theo từng chiến dịch, người dùng vẫn gửi được đến email này ở những phần gửi email khác ngoài chiến dịch email
* **Danh sách chiến dịch:** nhập danh sách chiến dịch muốn chặn
**Lưu ý: Trường hợp khách hàng nhận được email và chọn Hủy đăng ký (Unsubscribe) hoặc đưa vào spam thì email của khách hàng tự động thêm vào danh sách không gửi email. Admin không thể sửa, xóa được email này trong danh sách**
