# 9.1.2 Vai trò & Phân quyền

Tại mục vai trò và phân quyền, người dùng có thể theo dõi, kiểm soát và quản lý toàn bộ tài khoản đang có trên hệ thống nắm giữ chức vụ cũng như vai trò ra sao. Tại đây người dùng có thể phân chia chức vụ cụ thể cho từng người để phân chia việc quản lý hệ thống, dịch vụ, phòng ban,… một cách dễ dàng và tối ưu.

**(1) Service User:** toàn bộ các tài khoản có phân quyền người dùng cơ bản (User) của dịch vụ đang truy cập.

**(2) Service Admin:** toàn bộ các tài khoản có phân quyền quản lý (Admin) của dịch vụ đang truy cập.
