# 8. Quên mật khẩu tài khoản

**Bước 1:** Lựa chọn tùy chọn "Quên mật khẩu" trên màn hình giao diện đăng nhập.

**Bước 2:** Nhập email đã sử dụng đăng ký tài khoảng trên Stringee trước đó và ấn chọn "Gửi email thiết lập lại mật khẩu".

**Bước 3:** Kiểm tra Email để nhận link đổi mật khẩu được gửi từ Stringee.&#x20;

Nhấp chọn cụm từ "nhấn vào đây".

**Lưu ý:** *trong trường hợp không có email gửi về "Hộp thư đến", người dùng check Email tại hộp thư "Spam" (thư rác).*

**Bước 4:** Đổi mật khẩu mới.

Người dùng diền thông tin mật khẩu mới và ấn chọn "Thiết lập lại mật khẩu".
