Người dùng có phân quyền Admin truy cập lần lượt vào các mục "Báo cáo thông kế" => "Giám sát cuộc gọi"

Tại giao diện giám sát cuộc gọi, Admin sẽ theo dõi được đang có những User nào đang gọi ra và những cuộc gọi vào đang đổ về cho User nào.
