Interface to manage customer information in respective campaigns, control customer status in email campaigns
Campaign: The campaign name that contains the customer to filter
Contact name: Customer name to filter
Inserted time: When contacts were added into the campaign
Status: Filter one of status: New, Processing, Called but failed, Sending successfully, Read email, Clicked link, Answered survey, Unsubscribe from mail, Reported as spam, Blocked due to on the blacklist
Contact name: the name of the customer
Inserted time: when the customer was added to the campaign
Email: the customer email
Delivery schedule: the time the email is sent to the customer
Status: statuses are shown as New, Processing, Called but failed, Sending successfully, Read email, Clicked link, Answered survey, Unsubscribe from mail, Reported as spam, Blocked due to on the blacklist
Action: delete corresponding customer
Step 1: Admin selects "Add customers" at the Customer List interface:
Step 2: At the popup that opens, the admin selects the campaign, time to send the email (optional), sources to add customers (Contact, Filters and Import data from excel) and click “Confirm”
