# 14. Log in and report Captcha Invalid error

## Status

Captcha Invalid error code occurs in case the user logs in too many times with the wrong email or password used to log in more than 5 times. The error code image will display as shown:

## Solution

When encountering an error code due to incorrectly entering this information, users please check the correct login information. The user needs to wait 5 minutes for the next re-login.&#x20;

In case the login information is correct and cannot log in after trying again after 5 minutes, please contact Stringee support team.
