# 9.3.3 Contact data entry field

## Create contact data entry field:

Here, the admin can map the information with the title in the self-created upload file with the system's contact information fields. For example, in the image, the field named "Phone number" when uploading a contact will correspond to the "Phone" field on the system. The field named "Role" will correspond to the "Position" field on system

The list when the mapping is installed will display as shown, the user clicks on each information field to see details
