# Greeting message file The greeting file is the audio file that the user can use to assign to the queue music, the autoplay file for the IVR tree or any other setting of the system that allows the use of the greeting file.

Note: The greeting file on the system only supports 2 file formats, "mp3" or "wav". To add a greeting file to the system, the user clicks the Create file button as shown in Image 2:

After the user clicks to create the file, they need to complete the following items to complete the process:
