If the contacts are duplicated at the Contact interface, the user ticks on two duplicate contacts, the "Merge contact" option will appear as shown in the image below.
At the next step, the user selects the target contact to keep, select "Continue"
Notes:
After merging, all tickets and notes of the Source Contact will be transferred to the Target Contact
The fields of the Source Contact are merged into the Target Contact
Source contacts will be deleted once the merge is complete
Next, select "Confirm merge contacts" to complete
