8. Merge duplicate contacts

If the contacts are duplicated at the Contact interface, the user ticks on duplicated contacts, the "Merge contact" option will appear as shown in the image below.
At the next step, the user selects the receiving contact to keep, select "Merge contact"
Notes:
After merging, all tickets and notes of Contacts will be transferred to the Receiving Contact.
The fields of the Source Contact are merged into the Receiving Contact.
Contacts will be deleted once the merge is complete.
