## Customer list

### (1) Information filter

* **Campaign:** The campaign name that contains the customer to filter&#x20;
* **Contact name:** Customer name to filter&#x20;
* **Inserted time:** When contacts were added into the campaign&#x20;
* **Status:** Filter one of status: New, Processing, Called but failed, Sending successfully, Read email, Clicked link, Answered survey, Unsubscribe from mail, Reported as spam, Blocked due to on the blacklist

### (2) Information filter

* **Contact name:** the name of the customer&#x20;
* **Inserted time:** when the customer was added to the campaign&#x20;
* **Email:** the customer email&#x20;
* **Delivery schedule:** the time the email is sent to the customer&#x20;
* **Status:** statuses are shown as New, Processing, Called but failed, Sending successfully, Read email, Clicked link, Answered survey, Unsubscribe from mail, Reported as spam, Blocked due to on the blacklist
* **Action:** delete corresponding customer

## Add customers to the campaign

* **Step 1:** Admin selects "Add customers" at the Customer List interface:

* **Step 2:** At the popup that opens, the admin selects the campaign, time to send the email (optional), sources to add customers (Contact, Filters and Import data from excel) and click “Confirm”
