## View call history

An agent follows step as shown below to enter the History menu

## Contact details

Để xem thông tin chi tiết của liên hệ, người dùng chọn vào liên hệ tương ứng trong lịch sửa cuộc gọi. Với mỗi portal, các trường thông tin "custom" sẽ hiện thị khác nhau. Người dùng cũng có thể cập nhật thông tin liên hệ ngay trên app

To view detailed information of a contact, the user selects the corresponding contact in the call history. For each portal, the "custom" information fields will be displayed differently. Users can also update contact information on the app.

In this interface, users can also track tickets, notes or tasks of this customer in the tabs with the same name.

## Delete a contact

The agent keeps pressing the contact to delete it
