23. Instructions for getting call code (call ID)

If users need support from Stringee about call-related errors, users will need to provide call ID information to support personnel. Here are 2 ways to get a call ID:

Get call ID from call the reporting interface

Customers go to Reports & Monitoring => Call => Call history and get information in the "Call ID" column. For detailed instructions, please refer to the photo:

Get call ID from the ticket details interface

In the ticket note interface, the user selects the ticket name to review the call ID. When the ticket details interface appears, the call ID will be in the note section:
