SMS report
Definition
The SMS report summarizes the total number of messages tracking the daily, weekly, and monthly milestones so that users can monitor the system's performance and SMS delivery status. Thereby assessing the quality and status of operations to make adjustments to better suit the needs and operations of the company.
SMS report filter
Currently the SMS report filter only includes a time filter. For the time filter, users can filter by day, week or month depending on needs. (Note: the maximum number of days that can be selected in 1 filter are 31 days).
SMS report chart
The SMS report chart will display information in 2 different time patterns: within 1 day and a period greater than 1 day.
SMS report chart within 1 day
When filtering by date the chart will have 2 vertical and horizontal axes as shown below.
Vertical axis: total number of SMS sent at once.
Horizontal axis: times of day with time hops of 30 minutes.
For example: The time on August 1, 2023 at 10:00 has a total of 11 messages.
SMS report chart with a period greater than 1 day
When filtering by date the chart will have 2 vertical and horizontal axes as shown below.
Vertical axis: total number of SMS sent at once.
Horizontal axis: the time hop milestones are 1 day.
For example: July 28, 2023 has a total of 334 chats.
