To delete contacts in bulk as quickly as possible, users should remember 3 things:
Make sure the contacts need to be deleted, because the system will not be restored
Unless the admin of the portal clicks the Forced delete button (in step 5 below), the system only allows deleting a contact with no tickets or all tickets in the Closed status.
Before deleting, users can use the search filter at the Contact interface to select information faster and more accurately.
To quickly and bulk delete multiple contacts, users access the Contacts menu and follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the number of contacts displayed on each page, users can choose 50 contacts for the fastest operation
Step 2: Select all contacts on the current page
Step 3: Select another page to select the contacts you want to delete.
Step 4: Click the Delete button. Note: Here shows the selected number of contacts. The deletion will be applied for all of these contacts.
Step 5: The system displays a pop-up for the user to confirm the information before deleting. The user clicks Confirm to delete the contacts if the information is correct. Particularly for the admin account, there is an option to Forced delete (delete contact and contact tickets). The admin clicks this option to delete the contacts in the selected list, including the contact with tickets which is not in Closed status. If the admin does not click this option, the system will not allow deleting contacts with tickets which is not in Closed status.
