25. Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication will enhance user account security by adding an additional verification step, preventing unauthorized access to steal data.

To enable two-factor authentication, users follow the 5 steps below:

Step 1

Go to the website https://stringeex.com/en/login and log in to your account.

Step 2

Click on Account => Account Management

Step 3

Click on the Security tab on the screen => select Turn on two-factor security

Step 4

Enter the device name used for authentication (the device with the app that will generate the authentication code)

Step 5

Use the authentication app to scan the code on the screen, then enter the code generated by the app into the popup to complete the authentication

If you don't have any authenticator apps installed, you should download Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
