Deleted ticket report

Deleted ticket report provides information about the deleted ticket history on the portal, making it easy for management to keep track of deleted tickets and control the deleted data.

(1) Time filter

  • Time: filter by time to delete ticket

(2) Result table of deleted ticket report

  • Ticket name: is the title of the deleted ticket

  • Assigned to: agent assigned on deleted ticket

  • Deleted by: user deletes the ticket

  • Delete at: the time the user deletes the ticket


All users (including admin) can't view the details of the deleted ticket or can't recover the deleted ticket
