21. File formats supported on StringeeX

Below are the file formats supported by StringeeX:

• Upload contacts from the Contact interface: ".xlsx" (according to the template downloaded from the system)

• Upload contacts to the Campaign interface: ".xlsx" (according to the template downloaded from the system)

Note: For Facebook and Zalo, there is a size limit for uploaded files as follows:
