Interface to manage customer information in respective campaigns, control customer status in email campaigns

Customer list

(1) Information filter

  • Campaign: The campaign name that contains the customer to filter

  • Contact name: Customer name to filter

  • Inserted time: When contacts were added into the campaign

  • Status: Filter one of status: New, Processing, Called but failed, Sending successfully, Read email, Clicked link, Answered survey, Unsubscribe from mail, Reported as spam, Blocked due to on the blacklist

(2) Information filter

  • Contact name: the name of the customer

  • Inserted time: when the customer was added to the campaign

  • Email: the customer email

  • Delivery schedule: the time the email is sent to the customer

  • Status: statuses are shown as New, Processing, Called but failed, Sending successfully, Read email, Clicked link, Answered survey, Unsubscribe from mail, Reported as spam, Blocked due to on the blacklist

  • Action: delete corresponding customer

Add customers to the campaign

  • Step 1: Admin selects "Add customers" at the Customer List interface:

  • Step 2: At the popup that opens, the admin selects the campaign, time to send the email (optional), sources to add customers (Contact, Filters and Import data from excel) and click “Confirm”
